Credentials & Training

I am committed to ongoing education to provide the best possible care for my clients.

Below is a list of my degrees, certifications, and specialized trainings that inform my work.

Education

  • M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling – Naropa University (May 2022)

Long-Term Psychotherapy Trainings & Certifications

These extensive trainings deepen my ability to support clients with complex trauma, neurodivergence, relational challenges, and more.

  • Certification in Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) (Mar 2025)
A parts-based approach grounded in neurobiology, originally designed for DID and personality
disorders. I adapt this method for neurodivergent individuals with complex PTSD and those who
    have found traditional therapy ineffective.

  • Gifted 101 Course (Jun 2024)
Training in the latest research, practical tools, and case studies to support gifted individuals across the lifespan.

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma (Feb 2023)
A body-oriented trauma therapy integrating mindfulness with physical sensations, emotions, and movement. This method has been particularly effective for neurodivergent individuals seeking deeper embodiment and presence.

  • Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO)
A couples therapy model based on Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping partners understand and work through relational challenges by exploring their internal dynamics.

A rigorous program exploring how people learn and how to teach effectively—especially in today's digitally distracted landscape. Topics include neuroplasticity, student motivation, instructional design, and strategies to enhance long-term learning. Participants complete a real-world teaching project as a capstone.
