Openings List
We know reaching out for therapy can be difficult, and finding the right therapist can be all the more challenging. If Lila has no availability for new clients when you first contact us, you can be added to Lila's openings list if you so choose.

The openings list serves to notify potential clients promptly when therapy spots become available, ensuring fair and transparent access to therapy services. When a therapy spot becomes available, an email notification will be sent to all individuals on the openings list simultaneously.
Potential clients are requested to reply to the notification email within three business days to express their interest in scheduling an initial consultation.
Once the three-day response window has closed, potential clients will be contacted in the order in which they originally expressed interest in therapy. This is to support clients who may struggle with executive function and cannot reply to the openings email immediately.
Here is an example of how this process works:
-
Client A reached out seeking therapy in January, and was added to the openings list.
-
Client B reached out seeking therapy in March, and was added to the openings list.
-
Both clients receive an email that a spot has opened up, and client B responds on day 1 while client A responds on day 3.
-
Client A will be contacted first for the opening, as they originally reached out first.
Once a potential client confirms interest, they will be scheduled for a free, 15-20 minute initial consultation. They will either proceed with scheduling therapy sessions, or the next potential client will be contacted.
